i like to tell stories. i also like to help other people tell stories.

my work as a writer and editor has appeared in Popular Mechanics, Men’s Health, The New York Times for Kids, Esquire, and more. i won a National Magazine Award for my contributions to a package on climate change in Audubon, and was nominated for another for a feature on the birdseed industry. (don’t know much about birds, though.)

i’ve helped host, edit, and produce podcast episodes about everything from the Superbowl to the Broadway stage. i’ve worked with authors on book-length manuscripts, bringing history and memoir to life. i’ve been a sounding board and speechwriter for executives, artists, and advocates.

i never get tired of hearing the ways people talk about the stuff they know.
